Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Delivery estimates

Most domestic U.S. orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on your distance from our warehouse. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offer applies only to the products and regions stated in that offer.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned or reshipped because of an incorrect address are subject to re-shipping charges.

Returns — 30 days, unopened

You can return film rolls within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Once a roll is opened, cut, applied, or heated, it can't be returned. Color books and sample books are returnable in unused, resalable condition.

• Email info@adrenalinewraps.com with your order number to start a return and get return instructions.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Custom-cut, clearance, and printed items (including banners) are final sale.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything is crushed, torn, or incorrect, email us photos of the product and the outer box within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Material defect claims after installation are handled under the manufacturer warranty listed on the product page.

We can change or cancel an order any time before it ships — call (833) 405-9969 or email us right away. Once a tracking number is issued, the return process above applies.
