Agreement

Orders and acceptance
Every order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed by our checkout provider and must clear before your order ships.
Product colors and specifications
Screens vary. On-screen swatches, renderings, and tint previews are approximations and are not an exact match to physical film. If exact color matters, order the matching color book before committing to a full roll. Film specifications, thicknesses, and coverages are as listed on the product page at time of purchase.

Warranty
Film products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranties cover material defects only. They do not cover improper installation, improper storage or handling, abrasion, impact damage, chemical damage, or removal costs. Except for those stated warranties, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Installation and legal use
You are responsible for installation and for complying with local law. Window tint darkness (VLT) limits vary by state and by window position; confirm your state's rules before buying or installing tint. We are not responsible for citations, failed inspections, or removal costs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor, downtime, lost profits, or vehicle damage.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, reselling our content or images without permission, interfering with the site's operation, or unlawful use. All site content, photography, and branding are owned by Adrenaline Wraps or its licensors.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Adrenaline Wraps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms at any time; the date above reflects the current version.
